Our Thai/Kick boxing program
was really designed to complement our Jiu-Jitsu
Submission fighting program. However, for
the student who wants to focus completely on
their stand up game, or perhaps wants to
increase in physical fitness, we have
incorporated back into the Martial Arts
Unlimited package "Kickboxing".
What makes kickboxing or Thai
boxing so effective is the powerful kicks and
aggressive fighting style. For example, in
Karate you might lean back to kick your opponent
to stun them. However, in Thai boxing you
lean forward driving all of your weight behind
the kick and into your opponent brutally
destroying the muscle that was kicked.
Moreover, you will learn to effectively use head
butts, elbows, knee offenses and defenses,
punching, and clinch.
This program offers both the
street fighting application and the fitness
application - what ever your needs are. |
