A.J. Weimer - President/Founder

 

A.J. is a highly motivated, focused, and driven leader.  A.J. fully understands the meanings of dedication, loyalty, and mission accomplishment.  He has executed many successful security operations throughout the world and has authored several martial art programs. 

After graduating high school, A.J. entered the United States Air Force where he led small teams on special ordinance and chemical warfare units.  A.J. was also put in charge of vital tasks where he supervised and coordinated teams on projects that were in direct link to the President of the United States requiring top-level security.  Desiring a more fast paced life, A.J. left the military to enter fulltime international bodyguard services and martial arts instruction. 

Wanting to continue his personal studies in Asian cultures and customs, A.J. resided in Japan for almost a decade, earning black belts in Aikido, Jui-Jitsu Submission Fighting, Combative Weapons, and Ninpo Taijitsu. He also founded a mixed martial art called Total Fighting Concepts that is now being taught across America. A.J. is also a Certified Instructor in the women's self-defense program, BACK OFF! and was also the first BACK OFF! instructor to be awarded the title of Advanced Instructor.

During his time in Japan, A.J. also completed bodyguard training through the International Bodyguard Association and continually conducted personal protection services to celebrities and VIPs. He has directed security for individuals at numerous high-profile functions in Tokyo, Japan, and Shanghai, China. A.J. has been featured in both the Armed Forces Network Radio and T.V. stations overseas and has also been featured in many articles for the Stars and Stripes newspaper for his accomplishments with martial arts in the U.S. Armed Forces community. A.J. has also given demonstrations to colleges, university departments, and R.O.T.C. detachments educating people on Asian warrior culture and traditions.  

A.J. has been a part of several response teams for kidnap, ransom, and extortion operations in Asia, Europe, North and South America.  He has conducted investigations, threat assessments, and has taught hand-to-hand combat, aggressor neutralization, and reconnaissance methods and procedures to U.S. Law Enforcement, U.S. Military Police, and U.S. Military Special Operations members.  With over 30 years of experience, A.J. is an expert in martial arts, combatives, and weapons.

In 2005, A.J. graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree receiving the Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities for his high academic achievements and the college’s Leadership Award for his outstanding ability to motivate and lead others.

 

A.J is the founder and president  for the Martial Arts Unlimited Association where he manages training schools all over the world. He is also a current member of the International Bodyguard Association, Progressive Martial Arts Association, and the United States Martial Arts Association.  In addition, he is a qualified Medic First Aid provider.  A.J. continues to provide security consulting, close-quarter combat training, and personal protection services all over the world where and when needed.
